In general, institutional information consists of financial information and administrative and technical information components. These information components are shaped mainly depending on the main activity of the institution. The study aims to examine current runnings, problems, methods for solving problems in Turkey, on electronic information and document management systems. This framework aims to explore the level of awareness, problems and expectations at the Turkish Development Bank in the practical dimension. In this context, the survey developed to analyse the current conditions for the Turkish Development Bank's electronic documents and financial information systems was applied to 304 people using the system. As a result of the data obtained, it was found that the financial information systems and electronic information and document systems used at the Bank of Turkey need to be developed./Corporate (institutional) information, in general, are composed of financial information and, Administrative and technical information components. The information components of which is intense, are mainly shaped depending upon the organisation's main activities.
