Abstract
This work describes the process of developing a set of indicators using the Delphi technique. With these indicators, the Observatory of Technologies in Education in Patagonia, with the aim of guiding educational policies that aim to promote digital inclusion, will explore access to and use of ICT to produce and disseminate timely, up-to-date, relevant and academic information. The research is carried out in the framework of Project D/030419/10 Implementation of the Austral Patagonian Digital Linking Network (REVINDIPA) for community development, which corresponds to 2011.
