Abstract
This article is the result of research and dialogue on education and human rights between authors from their incursions by gênero and sexuality studies. All movements outlined here (in the sense of deleuziano/guattarian for rhizoma) were and are produced in an attempt to deconstruct the category of gênero, present in Brazilian legislation on violence against women – known as Maria da Penha – n.11.340/2006. Thus, inspired by the innovations of this law, the authors question the possibilities of less precarious experiences, in particular for social agents who are regarded for/and by the State as something insignificant, as abjects.
