Abstract
Since the conceptual transformation of knowledge and science of the 20th century brought about a change in the prevailing scientific rationality up to the 19th century with a new epistemological paradigm that calls into question the positive scientific model, attempts are being made to reconcile views on the issue of the interaction of urban transit actors from an approach that, without exhausting the spectrum, goes beyond taking into account mobility from clearly thematic and spatial aspects. The topic is addressed from philosophy, psychology and sociology in relation to the use of space to interpret behavioural changes in relation to trends of exaggerated traffic growth and conflicts in the public space. The above, with the intention of generating an enriching reflection of different points of view for those involved in training in Transit Engineering, with a possible interdisciplinary exploration to help create novel forms of teaching, aimed at bringing about changes in the way urban transit actors see them in redefining standards, promoting, implementing or investigating the effectiveness of actions aimed at behavioural control on the urban road.
