Descriptive study of the sagital rake morphotype in dancers in Flemish. Descriptive study of sagittal Spinal morphotype in Flemish female Dancers.

Abstract

Summary There are few studies analysing the morphology of the back in dancers of Flemish, although, in styles such as classical ballet, the myth of the flat back is known, in the Flemish dancing we can think that society has a general perception of a more blurred and passionate body pose. It was assessed that the type of adaptation exists on the rake morphotype in bipedestation after a decade of Flemish Bailand. A sample of 66 women, 33 dancers and 33 non-dancing students engaged in physical maintenance activity was studied. The average age of dancers was 22.12 + 4.21 years, the size of 162 + 5.35 cm and the weight of 53.5 + 4.07 kg. The average number of years of training was 15.48 + 4.25. The light and dorsal rake curves were measured in bipedestation with both a relaxed and active inclinometer, a self-correction manoeuvre that assesses the flexible component of the curves. A descriptive statistic was produced for each of the variables. A contingency analysis was also used with the Pearson Square Test supplemented by a case extraction residue analysis from quantitative variables. The results showed, in relation to dancers, that dorsal cyfosis tends to reduce curvature or rectification but not to structuring. The lower back shows normality values. Therefore, in the knowledge of your background, we recommend that anyone start in the Flemish dancing, the practice of classical technique as a preventive functional complement, especially in the early years of training. There are few studies examining the morphology of Flemish Dancers’ back. Whereas in Styles like ballet, the ‘back flat’ Myth is well known, flamenco dance is seen in a different way: LIKE a blurred, passionate body Posture. This study tested what kind of adaptation exist on Spinal morphotype in standing of Flemish Dancers. A sample of 66 women, 33 Dancers and 33 students, not Dancers, who practised physical activity maintenance was used. The average age of the Dancers is 22.12 + 4.21 years, height 162 + 5.35 cm and weight 53.5 + 4.07 kg. The average number of years they spent was 15.48 + 4.25. The dorsal and lumbar Spinal regions are measured with an inclinometer. Both Curves were evaluated in relaxed and active way, in order to assess the flexible component Curves. Descriptive statistics were accomplished for each of the variables. A quota analysis to test the Pearson Chi-Square Analysis supplemented with waste withdrawn cases for quantitative variables was too used. The results reflected that the dorsal kyphosis tends to reduce the curvature or rectification, but not to the stiffness. The lower back shows normal values. The overall Morphological Adaptations of the back in the Flemish Dancers show to be positive. Thus, as regards their background, we reward the ballet technique to Anyone who starts in flamenco dance. This one can assume a functional preventive supplement, mostly in the early years of training.
