Abstract
In this article we present the results of the analysis of the digital education actions carried out at the National University of La Plata (UNLP). The COVID-19 context required massive digital education actions based on previous experience of Distance Education. A programme to support distance education was designed to implement virtualisation actions. In this context, a general survey was implemented for the entire UNLP with the aim of identifying, relaying and analysing data to plan future university actions, contextualised and particularly designed for our education community. Some assumptions made during the first phase of the pandemic can be corroborated by the first results: it is noted that there is no automatic passage from face-to-face to online proposals, we need to think of new formats, media, and include different languages. Vocational training appears to be an unavoidable variable, not only in terms of technology but also articulated with the teaching proposal. Audio-visual materials, development of learning explanation in another format, student learning follow-ups are prioritised and necessary for accompaniment and assessment in virtuality.
