Abstract
When the industry reviews the literature on 4.0, it appears that the topic is primarily addressed from a technological perspective and then from human resources. In this study, the changes in working life will be addressed in particular in terms of the social security system. To this end, the concept of industry 4.0 will be first mentioned. Later on, the changes in the working life of this process will be assessed. This will deal with the quality and quantitative change of labour, the development of the gig economy and the population aging. The final chapter will discuss the impact of the developments on the social security system and suggest solutions.
