Unsursaires Influencing Museum Experience: A Nitel Research on online Interpretations

Abstract

Carried out to identify elements that affect individuals' museum experience positively and negatively the qualitative research approach has been implemented in this study. In this context, 11.12.2012 - 11.11.2019 all online on the TripAdvisor platform related to the Burdur Museum comments have been examined and total 135 of the assessments of museum experience interpretation is subject to content analysis. Qualitative data obtained from the MAXQDA software it has been taken advantage of. As a result of the research, the Burdur Museum "annual city" connotation, characteristics of works and statues, relevant staff, ease of transport, internal design, explanatory and signs, surrounding locations, conformity to disabled individuals, cleaning and maintenance, contemporary museumry in a total of 10 sub-category categories, it has a supporting quality of positive experience. determined. Elements negatively affecting visitors' museum experience are: having, lack of information materials, illumination issues, sales store it is explained in four sub-categorys, the absence of one. Parallel to the results of the research assessments have been made for museum managers and future research.
