El This research report contains elements of legal science methodology. Similarly, it proposes that this should be addressed – in the field of labour law – under the multidisciplinary nature of both the Legal Sociology and its relations with social sciences (philosophy, economics, historical science, etc.). This reading allows us to propose a solution to the conflict in the world of work in society, by giving it the primacy of the Legal Sociology. This is why this work proposes – from a new methodological perspective of the Legal Sociology – some examples of approaches.
