O Tombamento é uma medida administrativa para salvaguardar os exemplares que possuem importância histórica, cultural, etnográfica ou artística, possibilitando que gerações presentes e futuras possam desfrutar do patrimônio cultural existente em uma localidade. Tais edificações podem pertencer tanto ao poder público como a particulares, dando, portanto, à implantação do ato dinâmicas próprias em cada local em que ocorra. Este artigo tem por objetivo analisar como se deu a relação entre os envolvidos no processo de Tombamento realizado em Antonina, Paraná, Brasil. Por meio de revisão bibliográfica, pesquisa documental e entrevistas foi possível coletar e analisar os dados apresentados. Os resultados foram abordados de uma forma não convencional, mas que possibilita ao leitor entender que as relações entre poder público e sociedade se dão segundo o nível de compreensão que tanto Estado quanto o cidadão têm sobre os papéis que cada um assume dentro do sistema social que foi acordado entre as partes. Antonina, PR. Heritage listing and Talents: A Parable on Cultural Heritage - Heritage listing is an administrative measure to safeguard buildings that have historical, cultural, ethnographic or artistic importance, allowing several generations to enjoy the existing cultural heritage in one location. Such buildings may belong to the government and to individuals, thus giving the deployment own dynamic act that occurs at each site. This article aims to analyze how was the relationship between those involved in the listing process performed in Antonina, Paraná, Brazil. Through interviews, bibliographical and documentary research was possible to collect and analyze the data presented. The results were discussed in an unconventional way, but it allows the reader to understand that the relationship between government and society are given according to the level of understanding that both state and citizens have about the roles that each takes within the social system that has been agreed by the parties.
