Abstract
This work warns against the presence of a certain privileged group of immigrants entering higher education. The aim is to imagine sociological characteristics specific to this group that make it possible to imagine the factors that have influenced its academic career, and to know the degree of social integration they find themselves in by analysing their situation with regard to areas such as the labour market, housing, the economic independence of the group of people with whom they interact in leisure times and knowledge of the native language of the Balearic Islands.
