Abstract
Este article shows the link presented during the Santos government between public expenditure to support the internal armed conflict in Colombia, and state spending on demobilisation, victims of armed conflict, and land restitution. This government has had as one of its main flags the consolidation of reintegration and the ending of the conflict. With regard to these processes, it is argued that much of the rules that have been issued in the midst of the internal armed conflict may be frustrated by the resources actually deployed to fulfil these tasks. To this end, expenditure on social and repair objectives is compared with expenditure for the maintenance of military operations in the territory over the last four years.
