Abstract
Este Work addresses a formal and substantive legal analysis of the legality requirements of the nine pardons granted by the government. It delimits the specific aspects of parliamentary control and the political responsibility to which the Government is subject by granting pardons of those subject to judicial review against any appeals. The text analyses in detail the report unfavourable to the granting of pardons by the Second Chamber of the Supreme Court and the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Supreme Court and concludes that pardons comply with the requirements of legality.
