Abstract
En This research article is analysed as a lack of protection under Ecuadorian law for the economic and property violence suffered by women, which is why a reform of the Integral Organic Criminal Code is proposed to equip human and gender rights in Ecuador. Qualitative partisan research methodology, using methods such as bibliographic analysis and synthesis, as well as logical historical and deductive inductive. In this regard, it is established that this proposed reform will ensure the protection that women will enjoy under Ecuadorian law, will be called on to the constitutional principles and guarantees of access to justice, guaranteed effective protection, which would create equity in future cases.
