Specification of a socio-political agenda model around water conflicts and pay pacification

Abstract

The relationship between supply policies and conflicts between authorities and users is a matter of analysis of this work, which calls into question the construction of a socio-political agenda on the basis of a model; considering theoretical and conceptual frameworks as well as the state of knowledge. In this regard, addressing the problems arising from the tankering and increasing tariffs means not only the absence of aggression among the actors, but also the emergence of a culture of peace and the neutrality of actions that inhibit the spiral of violence. This is a system of values and standards that would have an impact on beliefs of water scarcity or abundance in order to identify perceptions and emotions of risk and uncertainty that encourage civil participation no longer as beneficiaries of rights to water resources and services, but as social leaders of anticipating conflicts, reducing discomfort and contributing to equal pay as a symbol of justice.
