Abstract

The article analyses administration as a social phenomenon of participation, starting from the four stages of the management cycle to promote the regulation and interaction of people, through its commitment to the permanent exercise of dialogue and participation in decision-making with joint responsibility, while constantly adjusting the institution to the current context. The inclusiveness is examined from two approaches, which made it possible to discern the global and general, as well as institutional, purposes that ensure inclusion. The study of university management and its particularities made it possible to propose a classification of integrated university management processes with harmonious approaches. The overall purpose of proposing an inclusive administration model at the University is achieved, starting from the model principles of university inclusion and complemented by the four phases of the administration cycle aligned with the inclusive model. Keywords: Inclusive administration, universities, participation, model.
