Internalisation measure: socio-education or torture?

Abstract

The discussion of this work is a triad, where we have travelled ways to learn about it and try to address our problems: is the internship measure socio-education or torture? The aim of this work was therefore to understand the internation measure, seeking to describe it and also to examine it on the basis of the problem proposed, in particular to collaborate in the debate on the subject and spread it in a healthy way not only to academics but to society as a whole, in the sense that we quickly demonstrate the estimation of contemporary studies embracing that approach. The study is qualitative and uses the indirect documentation, through desk research, in the 2016-2017 Annual Report of the National Mechanism for Preventing and Combating Torture (MNPCT) and we use the inference to analyse the data. The theoretical rationale is beccaria (1997), Bisinoto (2015), Costa (2015), Foucault (1987), Machado (2017), Scisleski (2015), Ishida (2017), among others. It was possible to conclude that the corporation is utopia for teenagers in compliance with the internation measure and that the torture of vexatious magazines, through ‘sequestration’ within the server internation units, until it reaches a cassette called ‘socio-educator’ found in a unit.
