Abstract
The article we present is based on a study carried out with the aim of analyzing the use of eLearning in the different Andalusian universities through: policy measures for their incorporation, know the uses of teachers and students of different universities, technical problems and didactic, degree of satisfaction or perceptions that those responsible for these institutions. The Data collection techniques were both quantitative and qualitative. Some of the conclusions of the study are: deficit training in terms of teacher training for the incorporation of ICTs, incorporation into the new learning modalities by the relatively recent teachers and positive attitude of students to online training.
