Abstract
This Article sets out the design of the planning and transdisciplinary management of the environment and territory, building on the challenges of social interaction in the processes of implementing planning and social management in the laws of the Member States: City Statute, National Water Resources Policies, National Conservation Unit System and National Environmental Education Policy. The design is structured in the complex unit between planning, management and education, referring to the methodologies of the Complex Strategic Planning, the Complex Perception of the Environment and Education for Sustainability, presented by the author in her doctoral thesis in 2006. The main purpose of this body of methodology is to promote dialogue between different areas of knowledge, by promoting exchanges between knowledge and cultures and by providing opportunities for mutual learning in the processes of planning and managing the environment and the territory.
