Abstract
The aim of this work is to enhance the learning of visually impaired boys and girls at school, supported by the implementation of visual stimulation software designed by the authors. This study involves 30 boys and girls aged 1-6. The assessment of the visual remainder was performed with a clinical assessment and the application of the EEV Barraga (1985) and VAP-CAP Blanksby (1993) instruments in pretest and postest. The results reflect improvements in participants’ school performance, directly linked to the significant progress of the visual function.
