Abstract
In this work, we aim to present some ideas for the analysis of interaction in group teaching and learning situations through asynchronous communication systems. We offer a review of procedures for the analysis of interaction as well as the dimensions used by us for the analysis of interaction in the DTTE (Telematics Debates on Educational Technology) experience carried out during the years 1995-99. This activity consisted of conducting a debate between teachers and students from different universities in subjects related to educational technology.
