Abstract

To think about the reality of Latin America and the historical process of which it forms part. Its specific objectives are to explore its interpretations of the policies of the powers, the ‘national revolutions’ and the issue Culturalen the colonies and ‘semi-colonies’ that make up the region. To this end, we focus on the analysis of its articles published in Democracy between December 1951 and September 1955. The hypothesis we put forward maintains that the author will consider these problems in parallel with that of peronism, while adjusting or modifying his interpretations, in so far as it changes his political orientation to different choices. As regards his approach, the study pays particular attention to the temporary embankments of certain ideas in a political intellectual-political context and to its biographic context. We are not only interested in what Ramos thinks, but we are looking for a comfortable understanding of what you think on the basis of their specific location in the politic and intellectual fields of the time. In this spirit, we try to rebuild a complex plot in which a ‘minor gender’ such as journalism plays a prominent role.
