The article analyses and comments the regulation of the remuneration of the corporate collective agreement stipulated on March 29, 2021 by Just Eat with national major Trade Unions. The Autor tests the compatibility of this collective agreement with the national contractual model (the logistic national collective agreement), and analyses lights and shadows of the remuneration institutions in it contained.
