Professors and sons at the Masnavi in Rumi

Abstract

The main thrust of this work is to show the importance of professors and sprouts in the Rumi Masnavi – a mystery of the Sufi Islamic tradition, born in Vakhsh, in the sieges of the current Afghh in Afghanistan in 1207. For Rumi, professors and sants are tools for communication between God and their creatures. In addition to historical, professors and sour figures, they update the message and bring the sutis influxes of the numinous to the fenomênial world. This study is based on the Adão line (monotheist and coranic line) and through the various professors common to the monotheistic traditions culminating in Mohammad (perceived by Islam as the seal of the professor). Similarly, the sancts that the Islamic tradition celebrates as bridges between the worlds and messengers updating the divina message have the strength for Rumi to be sent, which can be seen and heard by summarising eterus lessons in up-to-date temporal developments. According to Rumi, the importance of professors and sprouts is shown in the striking traits that each of them acquires, as envoys and friends of God, updated bridges of an eterna and perennial message. For this reason, Rumi concurs every discourse and believing to listen to the teachers’ message and to visit the sancts in order to update God’s teophanic secrets.
