Abstract
In this text, how have these files been confronted with cultural restrictions in the face of the demands of public life? How have you created an amalgam of different capital cities and knowledge within your leadership? The main theoretical elements used in this work are: the sociological perspective and theories of Bourdieu camps, Lorde (1984) and Pratt-Clarke (2010) intersectionality studies, Gil studies (2005), Choque (2015) and Mato (2015) on intercultural higher education, and finally Lumby and Coleman’s female leadership studies (2007). We work on the basis of reconstructing two personal school and professional paths from an intersectional perspective.
