Updated Discussions on the use of the men's gold ring as the Insignificant Communication

Abstract

This article explores the contention of whether or not the gold ring (hâtem/ā) which is almost as old as human history can be worn by men. HZ. The Prophet (s.a) had a gold seal in the form of a ring marked "Muhammed Pulullah" for the purpose of using it in letters he sent to invite heads of state to Islam in the 6th year of the migration (b. 627). Then, when the gold ring prohibited men, he used a silver seal instead. On the topic in the sources. The Prophet (s.a) has many verbal and actual prohibitive circumcision. However, there are rumours that some of them wear a gold ring until they die, while others appear to have left wearing a gold ring as a result of criticism of themselves. A third party received two different accounts of the fact that wearing a gold ring is both forbidden and justified. In the study, we first tried to recall rumours that it is forbidden to wear a gold ring by men. Our examination of the accounts prohibiting the gold ring was found to have reached the degree of registration of the related incidents, while the incidents that had been plausible were weak in number and innumerable. We tried to present all these accounts in tables together with the bonds and texts. We therefore did not feel the need to examine the health levels of these rumours. However, some of the individuals who were said to wear a gold ring were told otherwise, and some of them at the age to be called children at the time are other elements confirming the view of the Republic. The majority of the scholars say that those who wear a gold ring are either unaware of the prohibition judgment or that they consider the prohibition level. As for the analysis of the facts, we had the opportunity to test the important two rumours in the context of the event criteria, which both opinions demanded. The findings made in this section actually constitute the main part of the issue. The Republic, including four cult imams, alleges that men are forbidden to wear gold rings. However, some prominent scholars, such as Kamil Miras, Hayrettin Karaman and Ali Assistance in particular, have suggested that it may be permitted to wear a gold ring on the basis of some case law based on some case law. Kamil Heritage establishes the issue with its submissive practices, but tries to reinforce it with some of the jurisprudence of Imam Mohammad and Imam Shafii. In addition, the silver ring advocates the view that using an engagement ring is essential to men. Hayrettin Karaman appears to have based this view on some individual fatwas given in the case of silk and gold referred to in Hanefish sources, as well as the fatwa by Kamil Heritage, the client of Kajîd-e Sarîh. In particular, Karaman had compared the use of a gold ring to another matter that was hopeful and obvious, resulting in some criticism. Hayrettin Karaman compares the issue of the ring to a fatwa on gold embroidery. Ali's aid argues in her " Using the Golden Ring in Islam", which she wrote about the judgment of the ring, that men may be allowed to wear gold rings for the purpose of marriage and engagement. Ali Assistance is primarily by Najhashi. He states that he has sent a gold ring to the Prophet, which is evidence for the fairness of the gold ring. Although he claims that there is "a lot of incidents" that indicates that the use of a gold ring is "majorly", there is actually only one incident in this area that almost all famous booklets have recorded with the alliance. Otherwise, Ali Aid tries to imply that he has not prohibited the words "he has seen, Menetti," that he has not prohibited the words "he has seen," in some parts of the rumours about the gold ring. However, his claim was found to be false in two ways. Ali Assistance also states that this incident, which Bera b. Azib reported, is based on this matter. "Hz. The Prophet has ordered us to do seven things, and he has forbidden seven things. He says that this is referred to in 11 locations in Buhria, all of which come from the same turret, but some of this act is a rumour from different modes. However, in 1962, the Directorate of Diyanet Affairs issued a fatwa that men could wear gold rings as a sign of engagement.
