Abstract
In this article, we share some milestones in the history of the National Campaign for the Right to Legal, Safe and Gratuito, as part of the fight for the right to abortion in Argentina. From a knowledge of what this campaign consists of, it is rooted in the XVIII National Women Meeting (Rosario, 2003), the constitution meeting held in Córdoba in 2005 and actions carried out in Mendoza. This campaign has driven a large number of processes that show the progress made and challenges in view of legalisation and decriminalisation (legal and social) of abortion in Argentina.
