Abstract
It has often been thought that the phenomenon of forced displacement is the result of ‘recent’ events. However, as they fall back a little in time, texts can be found which show that this type of migration has been presented for thousands of years, even though there was no classification for dealing with the issue. In the same vein, as time passes, it can be understood that the so-called private property has played a characteristic and configurative role of the phenomenon described above. Finally, the terminology used in the description of migratory flows has been circumvented somewhat in order to clarify the whole of the subject covered by this text.
