Computer learning environments in geometrical constructions research: An experience with teachers from Oeste Catarinense

Abstract

The work presented here is an account of experiences built and experienced by academies and professors of the mathematics course of the Federal University of the Southern Frontier – UFFS – Campus de Chade SC, in an Extension Project which enabled teachers of mathematics from the western region of Santa Catarina to be involved in action and reflection on concepts of mathematics in basic education. These concepts are developed with computerised learning environments such as: Geogebra, Software Slogo and Software KIG (Linux) software. These actions are linked to the UFFS Laboratory for Mathematics Education (LEM) and seek to bring the University of the Community closer together, bringing teachers to new experiences from Oficinas with Information and Communication Technologies – TIC.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.35700/ca.2016.ano3n4.p16-23.1843
