The geomorphologic mapping is receiving more importance day after day in works related to environmentaland urban planning. Any intervention in the landforms needs a relief identification, showing its organizationsand structures, which will help to get the objectives planned. There are a lot of techniques to elaborategeomorphologic maps. At the same time it is necessary to remember that the results have to be of easyinterpretation and that represents the results in clear way, showing the real forms of the relief. The biggestchallenger of this research is to make an interface of the geomorphologic mapping with the technologiesavailable in GIS (Geographical Information System), especially that one related to Digital Terrain Model(DTM), using as a base the data collected by the mission SRTM.
