Abstract
Today, society is interested in having new, increasingly personal products and services that improve their quality of life and provide them with catalyst experiences, but on the other hand it also has a greater interest in the production processes of the goods and services it consumes, in the impact that businesses have on the environment and in ensuring living conditions for future generations. With this trend in mind, a review of some approaches currently used by entrepreneurs of new generations, such as disruptive innovation and design thinking, was carried out through the identification of primary and secondary sources. In addition, recommendations were made for innovative ventures. This work is also part of this work as a first theoretical approach to the management models known as social business, spiritual entrepreneurship and Neuroethics, which are being set up as new ways of engaging responsibly. In this context, there is a final reflection on the main difference that can be made between these models of responsible management, which could be the starting point for other work or research.
