This work analysed the General Law on Migration in order to identify whether it is harmonised with the General Law on Women’s Access to a Life Free of Violence and consequently sets out differentiated actions for the protection and care of migrant girls and women who are victims of crimes in and during migration transition.Key factors: Harmonisation, gender, human rights, girls and adolescent women.
