The problem of professional and important qualities from the perspective of extreme activity of civil aviation specialists is considered. The evaluation of indicators of psychodiagnostic methods was carried out, the conclusion was given on the results of testing and the features of psychophysiological stability of students of different motor activity were determined. Students have a lack of motivation to choose constructive ways to deal with stress. The solution of this problem is offered through individualisation and independence of increasing motor activity, which most positively affects the emotional state of the student.
