Abstract

Islam has given great importance to the sux in a proper manner of necebin. Therefore, in Islam law, the husband is granted the right to refuse the birth of the child if it is certain that the child is born in a marriage (marriage). In principle, the way to reject the marriage of a child born in a person's marriage is through the husband's refusal to declare adultery on the grounds that the husband and his wife shall be sworn in court in a court of law. However, in Islamic law, the husband has the right to refuse the child of a child born in a real marriage, such as "the fact that the woman has been pregnant by someone else before the marriage or the birth of a child less than six months after the marriage", "the husband cannot have a child because of his biological and physiological defects", and the husband has the right to reject the child born in a real marriage without need of "impossibility of sexual intercourse between husband and husband".
