Catholic Church, State, marriage and divorce are key words in the reflections that follow. More specifically, the study sought to interpret marriage, family and divorce when trying to re-establish them under the law of the state. On the effort and interest of the Catholic Church, the Catholic Church was very attentive to and influenced in its decisions, as the 1916 legislation expressed Catholic concerns and so the Clero did not leave the State to the will of the issues that passed through the new secular law. In line with this, with regard to the subject matter of the tariff, attention was drawn to the understanding of the views expressed by the authorities of power turning to the persuasion of the social partners who built the society of Blennian at the time.
