La Democracy is a loan of Western culture, it cannot change African peoples. Only the development of their own culture, development adapted to soil, climate and race, is a real step forward for every people. A system can only change if it is rooted in its territory in the narrowest sense of the term. Countries’ political systems must not adopt the habits, customs and opinions of foreign peoples. Rooting in the region is a fundamental condition which guarantees success, health, strength and maturity for the political system and the people. The import of Western culture into the DRC has had funeral consequences and has led to the decadence observed everywhere and especially after the elections. The DRC must move away from the adoption of foreign culture, including democracy, and shape a new political moment for a new, joyful and rich life. This is a major piece of work that will disrupt everything and bring health, progress and happiness.
