In this paper we analyze some words with textile meaning belonging to the weaving lexicon documented in notarial registries of peninsular and islander documents from the seventeenth century gathered in the Lexical Corpus of Inventories (CorLexIn). We have completed a brief historical study of each word/item: their first documentation in lexicografical works, possible origin and motivation, meaning, documented variants and diatopical extension as found in documented examples.
