Este artículo recoge una propuesta pedagógica para la enseñanza del Derecho en la búsqueda de una formación ético-ciudadana de los estudiantes universitarios. La metodología implementada por la docente desde el año 2012 tiene como base siete técnicas del Teatro del Oprimido, creado por el brasilero Augusto Boal para el empoderamiento de comunidades barriales. Esas técnicas son: el teatro imagen, el teatro para sordos, el teatro periodístico, el teatro invisible, el teatro foro, el teatro legislativo y el teatro introspectivo. El marco teórico está centrado en la ética del cuidado de Carol Gilligan, y se recurre al método de la investigación-acción en el aula planteada por John Elliott. El campo de estudio corresponde a tres cursos: Constitución y Democracia, Lógica y Retórica y Hermenéutica Jurídica. Se concluye que la propuesta logra ser efectiva por el involucramiento de dimensiones humanas que suelen ser desatendidas por las instituciones educativas (sobre todo del nivel superior), como el cuerpo, las emociones y el espíritu. Además, en opinión de los participantes, esta propuesta genera motivación para aprender los temas jurídicos, auto-conocimiento e interés por la transformación personal y social.ABSTRACTRococo Variations for citizenship.This article contains a pedagogical approach to the teaching of law in the search for a citizen-ethical education of college students. The methodology implemented by the teacher since 2012 is based on seven techniques of Theatre of the Oppressed, created by Brazilian Augusto Boal for the empowerment of neighborhood communities. These techniques are: the image theater, theater for deaf, journalistic theater, invisible theater, forum theater, theater and introspective legislative theater. The framework is centered on the ethics of care of Carol Gilligan, and uses the method of action research in the classroom raised by John Elliott. The field of study is three courses: Constitution and Democracy, Logic and Legal Rhetoric and Hermeneutics. It is concluded that the proposal be effectively achieved by the involvement of human dimensions that are often neglected by educational institutions (especially the upper level), as the body, emotions and spirit. Moreover, in view of the participants, this proposal creates motivation to learn the legal issues, self-knowledge and interest in the personal and social transformation.
