Artykuł is an attempt to depict the resurgence of the National Library of Crimean Ethnic Minorities in the multi-ethnic environment of Crimea. Major events from more than 25 years of history of the creation of the Library and its current structure and activities were discussed: library works, services, educational, methodological, scientific and publishing activities.
