Abstract
As we know and know, the Social Services System is one of the basic pillars of the welfare states. After more than 30 years of travel to our Social Services System, we are at a crucial moment when it comes to discussing its reshuffling in order to achieve a more high-quality and more effective model. The aim is to achieve a model that responds to the new challenges and new needs posed by our complex society, especially in a situation of economic crisis such as the one we are facing, which inevitably increases the vulnerability of a growing number of people.
