Abstract
The study provides a reading of the importance of criminal proceedings as a source of research, especially for (re-) thinking the historical developments built on the New Hamburg/RS locus. The aim is to analyse the relationship between criminal proceedings and the disappearance of different historicities, giving visibility to different social actors, as well as to conflicts, contradictions and processes in which they are involved, on the basis of elements of the cotidy that reveal the complexity of the historical scenario.
