Abstract

The article is devoted to actual problems of health saving and the emergence of various forms of dependent behavior. The justified significance of preventive educational activity and its multidisciplinary nature is presented. The author investigated the peculiarities of adaptation of students not only under the influence of external influences, but also taking into account individual functional reserves, current functional state, features of age development, hereditary factors. The article presents the main pedagogical approaches and methodological tools in teaching the course “Prevention of dependent behavior” at the Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University. The target. The main purpose of the article is the theoretical analysis of the main aspects of addictive behavior, interpretation of the obtained experimental data of psychophysiological examination of students of primary courses of higher education as possible predictors of the emergence of addictives. Methods or methodology of work. The work was done with the use of theoretical analysis of literary data. Experimental laboratory tests were carried out using the psychophysiological testing device (UPFT) “Psychophysiologist”, which is designed for autonomous individual testing with data processing in the device itself. Verbal interpretation was carried out on the basis of automated conclusions of psychophysiological device. Psychophysiological and psychological methods of investigation of adaptive capabilities of the organism, the level of situational and personal anxiety on Spielberger-Khanin, self-assessment of self-esteem “Self-Activity-Activity-Mood”, developed by the scientific production and design association “Medicom MTD” were included in the scenario of the UPFT “Psychophysiologist” [17]. The studies carried out are supported by an assessment of the functional state of the heart rhythm based on variational cardiointervalometry and the characteristics of the functional state of the central nervous system by parameters of a simple visual-motor reaction [18]. The results. The results of the research confirm the importance of studying the state of health of students at the initial stage, timely detection of adverse changes at the psycho-emotional and psychophysiological level, carrying out the necessary protective measures, including rehabilitation and prevention. The generalised result of the preventive educational process of higher education as a whole is the successful formation and development of a harmonious, competent personality of the future specialist.
