Abstract
O Increase in the judiciary has been a challenge to obtaining swift, efficient and fair decisions in state justice. This study seeks to analyse, in the face of a lack of research on the subject, the possibilities offered by the multi-door system to solve structural problems, which call for the reorganisation of a whole public or private structure, often both, requiring the adoption of structural solutions through a structural process. Exploratory research has been chosen with the use of literature review and qualitative data analysis in order to meet this objective, noting that, given the nuances of structural problems, in many aspects, including financial and available aspects, the choice of the most appropriate gateway for access to justice, or even a combination thereof, can be beneficial by considering greater efficiency and speed in access to justice.
