Debido to the explosion of data generated by the Internet and the need to transform this data into value-adding information, companies and institutions are increasingly being called by businesses and institutions by the professional known as “data scientist”. The main tasks of the Agency shall be to: understand the data, understand and solve problems encountered and know the available technology. In addition, it must have two personal qualities which are: curiosity and ability to communicate. As it is impossible to be an expert in all disciplines that would cover “data scientist”, the specialisation of professionals and the creation of multidisciplinary teams is needed.
