[ES]. This work is carried out at TORRECID S.A in Alcora, province of Castellón. This company is a multinational chemical company that supplies products mainly to the glass and ceramics sectors. Products are traded internationally, which requires compliance with the legislation of the country of origin and destination of the product. This work aims at establishing a protocol for the marketing of products to meet the requirements of the Globally Harmonised System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) adaptations in the European Union, China, Japan and Korea. This requires knowledge of existing legislation in those countries and differences between them in order to be able to constitute a procedure based on the identification of physical, health or environmental hazards. Classification criteria and cut-off values for each country need to be taken into account. Once the GHS classification has been carried out taking into account the particularities of each country, it will be necessary to take into account country-specific requirements in hazard communication methods, which are labels and safety data sheets. [EN] The present Final Degree Project is developed in the company TORRECID S.A in Alcora, province of Castellón. This company is a multinational of the chemical sector that supplies products mainly to the sectors of glass and ceramics. The products are marketed internationally, for this it¿s necessary to obey the legislation of the country of origin and destination of the product. The objective of this work is to establish a protocol for the commercialization of the products that way to comply with the requirements of the adaptations of the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) of Classification and Labeling of Chemical Products in European Union, China, Japan and Korea. For this it is necessary to know the existing legislation in those countries and establish the differences between them in order to be able to constitute a procedure based on the identification of physical, health and / or environmental hazards. It will be necessary to take into account the classification criteria and cut-off values for each country. Once the GHS classification has been carried out according to the particularities of each country, it will be essential to take into account the specific requirements of each country in the hazard communication methods, which are the labels and safety data sheets. [ES] El presente trabajo de fin de grado (TFG), se desarrolla en la empresa TORRECID S.A en Alcora, provincia de Castellón. Esta empresa es una multinacional del sector químico que suministra productos principalmente a los sectores del vidrio y la cerámica. Los productos se comercializan internacionalmente, para ello es necesario cumplir con la legislación del país de origen y destino del producto. Este trabajo tiene por objeto establecer un protocolo para la comercialización de los productos de manera que cumplan los requisitos de las adaptaciones del Sistema Globalmente Armonizado (GHS) de Clasificación y Etiquetado de Productos Químicos en la Unión Europea, China, Japón y Corea. Para ello es necesario conocer la legislación existente en dichos países y establecer las diferencias entre ellas para poder constituir un procedimiento basado en la identificación de los peligros físicos, para la salud y/o el medio ambiente. Será necesario tener en cuenta los criterios de clasificación y valores de corte para cada país. Una vez realizada la clasificación GHS atendiendo a las particularidades de cada país, será ineludible tener en cuenta los requisitos específicos de cada país en los métodos de comunicación de peligros, los cuales son las etiquetas y las fichas de datos de seguridad.
